    Michael Hilmer, President & CEO

    After several years with Wood Gundy financial services, Mr. Hilmer moved to MCI Systemhouse with responsibility for large financial services customers. In 2000, Mr. Hilmer founded Millennium Care, a call center outsourcing and software company and the ninth fastest growing startup in Canada according to profit magazine 2000/2001.

    Mr. Hilmer acquired the OC Communications Group of Companies in 2008 and successfully turned them into strong solution providers for the Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Telecom and Pharmaceutical Industries. He remains CEO of the One Contact call center business. OC Communications Group forms the core infrastructure base for DealNet Capital, providing services to investee companies that enable growth and cost avoidance.

    Ashish Kapoor, CFO

    After obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation at Ernst & Young, Mr. Kapoor has gained over 10 years of experience in investment banking, advising clients across various industries. Most recently, as a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Mr. Kapoor was responsible for the Canadian telecom, media, entertainment and technology sectors. Mr. Kapoor has extensive experience in identifying, structuring and executing on investment opportunities, to aid in the development of his clients’ respective business plans.

    Over the past 14 years, Gary has played a leadership role in the mobile industry. Gary is the Founder and CEO of Impact Mobile, Inc. In 2013, Gary was recognized by Mobile Marketer publication as the “Mobile Commerce Evangelist of the Year” and in 2014 was awarded the “Retail Innovator of the Year.” Gary is author of “THE IMPULSE ECONOMY” and “FAST SHOPPER, SLOW STORE” published by Simon & Schuster, Atria Imprint.

    Gary Martin, SVP, Sales and Marketing

    His career beginning at IBM, Mr. Martin brings over two decades of global technology sales and leadership experience to DealNet. He has held senior sales and leadership roles with leading companies in the technology and business process outsourcing industry including: DMR Consulting Group, Changepoint, TELUS, PwC, and most recently Accenture. Throughout his career, he has worked with global clients across a number of industry sectors helping them maximize their return on investments in technology.

    John Leon, SVP, Engagement Delivery

    John has extensive hi-tech experience with different corporations: He worked for 15 years at Nortel Networks in various functions; his last position was VP-GM of Nortel’s Wireless Solutions Group in Canada. After leaving Nortel, John held the position of VP, Sales & Marketing at Unique Broadband Systems and VP Sales & Marketing for OnMobile Systems, a Silicon Valley start-up. John has an honors B.A.Sc. (Chemical Engineering) and MBA degrees from University of Toronto, and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
